The FreePBX Endpoint Manager is a commercial module that is well worth the $75 price tag. Bottom line is that if you have a FreePBX, but DON'T have the Endpo. I have purchased the Endpoint Manager module for Cisco phones and under the available phones there is a 6921. I have some of these and I also have some 6945's. The 6921 phone template is perfect for both, however the 6945 has 4 soft keys built into it. If you consider Incredible PBX, it offers the free Endpoint Manager that probably has a config file for the Yealink t21p. The FreePBX distro doesn't include this, because they want you to pay for theirs. And to be fair, they do a good job with their Endpoint Manager, considering the price. You can set up BLF buttons on your phone using the PBX EndPoint Manager by modifying your button layout for your Sangoma s500 or s700 Phone. Go into End Point Manager in your PBX and choose the Sangoma brand in the menu. Click on the template in End Point Manager that you want to change a button for.
